    James Richardson

James Richardson worked his way up PwC’s market-leading deals practice to lead the Southeast USA region of the Turnaround & Restructuring Team.

A chartered accountant by background, James’ experience over the years has included restructuring a bank in South Africa, successfully putting a two-billion dollar Japanese airbag manufacturer through Chapter 11 in North America, interim CFO work, and leading other high-profile financial and transformational engagements in more than ten countries on four continents. He has won several industry awards.

This experience was irreplaceable, but ultimately James left in 2022 to pursue his calling of working with small businesses and being a full-time investor.
